&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Marketing Executive&lt;/strong&gt; to join our growing team at &lt;strong&gt;Michele Peresso LTD&lt;/strong&gt;, with &lt;strong&gt;Eurosport&lt;/strong&gt;, one of Malta’s leading retailers of sport and lifestyle products, and home to leading international brands including &lt;strong&gt;Adidas, Reebok, Under Armour, Puma, Hoka, New Balance, Champion&lt;/strong&gt; and many more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This position is available on a &lt;strong&gt;full-time &lt;/strong&gt;or &lt;strong&gt;reduced full-time basis.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a hands-on role spanning &lt;strong&gt;content, campaigns, events, partnerships and digital engagement&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;🖌️ Content Creation &amp;amp; Social Media&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create engaging content across Facebook, Instagram &amp;amp; TikTok&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plan, schedule and manage content through Meta Business Suite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stay ahead of social trends, formats and opportunities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep our channels relevant, active and engaging&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;🎯 Campaign &amp;amp; Strategy Execution&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute campaigns&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate campaigns from concept and rollout through to reporting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track KPIs and use data to optimise performance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor competitor and industry activity and identify opportunities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;📱 MPG Rewards App&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the planning and coordination of marketing activity across the &lt;strong&gt;MPG Rewards App&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate app offers, promotions, content and push notifications&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor campaign engagement, redemptions and performance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;🏁 Sport Events &amp;amp; Activations&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate Eurosport’s presence at races, fitness events, wellness sessions and activations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage logistics, branding and on-site execution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with partners to deliver memorable, on-brand experiences&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capture relevant event content for social media&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;🤝 Sponsorship &amp;amp; Influencer Management&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with athletes, influencers and sports clubs on relevant partnerships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate content calendars, deliverables and campaign requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor contractual commitments, performance and ROI&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify new talent and collaboration opportunities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;✅ Required Skills &amp;amp; Experience&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ideally &lt;strong&gt;3+ years’ experience&lt;/strong&gt; in marketing, social media and/or event coordination&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent written, visual and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience organising events and/or activations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passionate about sport, branding and digital culture&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Energetic, results-driven and equipped with a strong &lt;strong&gt;can-do attitude&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Marketing Executive - Maternity Cover (8-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

&lt;p&gt;Michele Peresso Group is mainly active in the retail market through its subsidiaries Eurosport Ltd., Europharma Ltd. and Michele Peresso Fashion Ltd. The General Maintenance Operative will perform general maintenance and repairs in the Michele Peresso Group facilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;General maintenance work in the assigned facilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performs general repairs that do not require specialised personnel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performs routine maintenance on facilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Performs other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leading Hand and Operations Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills and Abilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of general maintenance and repair skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to use hand tools and power tools.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in maintenance work is preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Electrical Licence A preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliable and committed.&lt;/li&gt;
